This is a dynamic Receptionist role that goes beyond the usual. You’ll be the welcoming face of this city centre location, taking charge of:

Front of house duties: welcoming and greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerActing as an ambassador for the company and it's servicesEnsuring high levels of customer service are always achievedCall handling: answering calls for both existing and potential new clients.Assisting colleagues in the delivery of outstanding client care and service standardsPost management: handling incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.To book and administer Meeting roomEnsuring that the reception and meeting room areas are kept well presented at all timesUpdating the CRM systemsReporting any maintenance issuesTo actively promote the company to visitors/callers 

Skills required for the Receptionist role:

Previous admin/reception experience is essentialA natural communicator who thrives in a busy, multi-tasking environment.Organised and efficient in time managementAssertive and adaptableA positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.An eye for detail and the drive to go above and beyond for clients.Confidence to engage with clients.Able to work under pressure Computer literate in MS Office and able to pick up systems quickly

This is a minimum 12 month maternity cover role
