Job Title: Junior Sustainability Consultant
Location: South Midlands & Stansted, Essex. Hybrid role.
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
Term: Permanent
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday - Friday

The Role of Junior Sustainability Consultant:
- Assist Account Managers to develop, execute, and maintain a customer care plan, ensuring regular and appropriate level of communication with the client.
- Maintain a portfolio of accounts, covering all aspects of our clients’ services.
- Ensure account retention by positively handling and resolving any technical queries, and understanding the requirements of the client and the industries they operate in.
- Support Account Managers with audits when required.
- Supporting Account Managers with appropriate data collection techniques for clients.
To be considered for the role of Junior Sustainability Consultant:
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience with data management.
- Excellent relationship-building.
- Strong analytical, numeracy, organization and administrative ability.
- Be proactive and have a self-motivating attitude.
- Understanding of the principles of service quality.
- An interest in environmental issue.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Experience in a similar role.
The Package for Junior Sustainability Consultant:
- Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
- Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday
