An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front of House Client Coordinator to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company. Based to the north of Cambridge, this role is perfect for a proactive and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities for the  Front of House Client Coordinator:

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.Handle initial sales enquiries, conduct viewings, and support revenue generation.Assist with event bookings, meeting room management, and administrative tasks. Support the Office Manager and provide cover when required. Ensure high standards of organisation, operations, and compliance with procedures.

Ideal Candidate for the  Front of House Client Coordinator:

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.

Organised, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.

Experience in sales, marketing, or business administration (desirable).

Confident working independently and as part of a team.

 

Package for the Client Services Coordinator/Receptionist role

Basic salary £27,000 - £28,000 pa

Hours: 8.00 am – 5.00pm

25 day’s holiday + bank holiday + extra days at Christmas
