Key Responsibilities for the Front of House Client Coordinator:
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.Handle initial sales enquiries, conduct viewings, and support revenue generation.Assist with event bookings, meeting room management, and administrative tasks. Support the Office Manager and provide cover when required. Ensure high standards of organisation, operations, and compliance with procedures.
Ideal Candidate for the Front of House Client Coordinator:
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
Organised, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
Experience in sales, marketing, or business administration (desirable).
Confident working independently and as part of a team.

Basic salary £27,000 - £28,000 pa
Hours: 8.00 am – 5.00pm
