The role of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Process orders for clients.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and building strong relationships.
- Answering queries.
- Assist the with sales administrator with data.
- Responsible for the administration for setting up new customer accounts.
- Providing excellent support, proactively managing tasks and consistently striving to meet team goal.
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Administrator:
Our client is looking for someone who has office experience, especially customer service administration experience, ideally in a sales environment, with experience developing and implementing effective processes.
You'll need to be:
- Organised
- Great attention to detail
- Flexible
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Driving licence and own car due to the location
