The role of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Process orders for clients.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and building strong relationships.
  • Answering queries.
  • Assist the with sales administrator with data.
  • Responsible for the administration for setting up new customer accounts.
  • Providing excellent support, proactively managing tasks and consistently striving to meet team goal.

To be considered for the role of Customer Service Administrator:
 
Our client is looking for someone who has office experience, especially customer service administration experience, ideally in a sales environment, with experience developing and implementing effective processes.
 
You'll need to be:

  • Organised
  • Great attention to detail
  • Flexible
  • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Driving licence and own car due to the location
