Job Title: Business Development Manager

Salary: £45,000 – 50,000 OTE
Term: Permanent
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm Monday - Friday
RecruitAbility is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, to work with their well-established client. This would be an exciting time to join them, as they are looking to grow their business in new directions. The Role of Business Development Manager:
- Selling our existing range of products and services to industrial sectors including aggregates & powders, distilleries & breweries, food & beverage, etc.
- Creating and maintaining a strong sales pipeline of new business opportunities in target markets.
- Selling our current products and services to existing and new customers
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, customers, partnerships, products and services.
- Creating and delivering a robust sales plan to meet the company strategy, and working alongside marketing to successfully develop new business opportunities.
- Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners, and stay up to date with new trends, researching new markets and opportunities.
- Collaborating with design and marketing teams to ensure that the client’s requirements are met.
To be considered for the role of Business Development Manager:
- A minimum of 3 years working in a business development environment, including field sales.
- Have a technical background.
- You will need to be organised and self-motivated.
- A team player.
- This is a field based role with periodic visits to the office in Basildon.
- Regular nationwide travel will be required.
The Package for Business Development Manager:
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 OTE
- Pension

- 23 day holiday (excluding bank holidays)
