Job Title: Administrator
Location: Near Thaxted, Essex
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 pa
Term: Permanent – Full time – Office based
RecruitAbility have an exciting opportunity with a great well established client, who are looking for an administrator to join their team. This position involves interacting closely with clients and team members, requiring a professional and courteous approach at all times.
The role of Administrator:
- Provide admin support for the sales and marketing teams
- Running customer reports
- Supporting field sales team members
- Typing up notes onto CRM
- Preparing Powerpoint presentations
- Preparing quotes for customers
- Ensure contracts for new clients are set up
- Taking their customer service to the next level
- Assist with monthly reporting and data
- Responsible for the administration for setting up new customer accounts and processes for new programs
- Order processing and invoicing
- Providing excellent support, proactively managing tasks and consistently striving to meet team goal
To be considered for the role of Administrator:
Our client is looking for someone who has worked as an administrator ideally in a sales environment, with experience developing and implementing effective processes.
You'll need:
- c. 3 years previous admin experience
- Strong IT skills including
- Strong MS Office skills including Powerpoint
- Able to implement new systems
- Organised
- Flexible
- Friendly personality
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Driving licence and own car due to the location
The Package for the role of Sales Support Administrator:
£26,000 - £28,000 pa depending on experience
