Job Title: Accounts Manager / Office Administrator
Salary: £30k -£39k dependent upon experience
Location: Near Hatfield Heath
Job Type: Full Time or Part Time.
This is a great position for someone who is a dynamic and enthusiastic Accounts Manager & Office Administrator to join a small, dedicated team. This role involves a blend of accounting and administrative responsibilities, supporting both property and financial management. The successful candidate will play an integral role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing client relations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This position offers opportunities for growth and progression as you become familiar with our processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Accounting Duties:
- Maintain and manage financial accounts
- Input financial data into Sage50, reconcile and issue invoices, and ensure up-to-date record-keeping.
- Maintain and update a cash flow and budget master document that senior management uses to make strategic decisions.
- Process monthly payroll.
Administration Duties:
- Provide daily administrative support, including managing emails, handling calls, and assisting with walk-in inquiries.
- Liaise with professional services such as accountants and solicitors on behalf of the business.
- Process maintenance requests, coordinate tradesmen, and communicate updates to senior management.
To be considered for the role of Accounts Manager / Office Administrator
- Experience: Advanced bookkeeping and accounting experience required, particularly with Sage50.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Sage50
The package for Accounts Manager / Office Administrator
- Basic Salary - £30k - £39k dependent upon experience
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with an hour for lunch
